The New York Young Republican Club is proud to endorse Susan Wright for Congress in Texas’ 6th Congressional District. The special election to be held May 1st is set to fill the seat left vacant by the tragic passing of Susan’s husband, Congressman Ron Wright, in early February.
In seeking to fulfill and extend her husband’s legacy, Susan’s platform is focused on supporting economic growth, reforming a nationally-broken healthcare system, fighting for stronger borders and immigration policy, and defending conservative Texas values.
She has lived in the district for over three decades, serving as a member of the Texas State Republican Executive Committee as well as a District Director for two former Representatives in the area. During this time, Susan has worked diligently to strengthen the right to bear arms, the right to worship, and the right to raise a family for all Texans. In devoting her adult life to public service, Susan has demonstrated a selfless dedication toward improving the lives of average Americans that is so rarely found in Washington lately. The New York Young Republican Club urges all voters within Texas’ 6th Congressional District to stop the rising tide of Communism by supporting Susan Wright to serve as their next Congresswoman.
