Judge Sullivan-Bisceglia has lived in the Hudson Valley in New York her whole life. For years, she has been tearing down barriers and blazing through obstacles, achieving what only very few achieve in a whole lifetime. Not only is Judge Sullivan-Bisceglia the first woman judge serving in her hometown, the Town of LaGrange, but she is also the founder of her own law firm, as well as aircraft sales and brokerage firm. Judge Sullivan-Bisceglia believes that educating is one of the best ways to pay it forward, and she lives that belief every day.
Growing up, when faced with the choice of whether to go to law school or become a commercial pilot, Judge Sullivan-Bisceglia chose to do both. In terms of her legal career, Judge Sullivan-Bisceglia received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and now has almost three decades of experience working in courts, major law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and the State of New York.

While at IBM, she was a corporate attorney where she dealt with high-profile business transactions and corporate matters. She also worked as a corporate finance and litigation attorney at Clifford, Chance, Rogers & Wells.
In terms of her aviation career, Judge Sullivan-Bisceglia grew up in a family of pilots, which is where she derives her drive and inspiration from. Her dad was a commercial pilot and her great uncle was a decorated Air Force Colonel. Receiving her license at the young age of 23, Judge Sullivan-Bisceglia eventually got her license with an instrument-rated designation to allow her to fly in all types of weather.
