The New York Young Republican Club enthusiastically endorses Elizabeth Joy for New York’s 20th Congressional District. Born and raised in upstate New York, Joy is an author, realtor, and mother of four who believes deeply in the sanctity of life, secure borders, and economic growth for New York. She supports safety, security, and has gained every Law Enforcement endorsement in her district, including New York State Police. Career politician Paul Tonko, Joy’s opponent, has served seven terms in Congress but has objectively done very little for his constituents.
Joy would be a leader for New York and an outspoken advocate of conservative values. Unlike her opponent, Joy plans to promote and vote for legislation that protects the unborn. She is in support of Constitutional freedoms, and she vows to prioritize issues that matter most to her constituents.
