New York City’s Indicted Mayor: Just Another Leftist Scam

By September 26, 2024No Comments

Our great city deserves a hell of a lot better than this.

On Wednesday, a Manhattan grand jury indicted New York City Mayor Eric Adams, whose administration has been plagued by media claims of purported scandals, on charges that, as of now, remain unclear.

Notwithstanding Adams’ fundamental incompetence and prospective corruption, he is not the real enemy of the American People. In fact, he is a victim much like we are.

The Biden-Harris Regime and its politicized Justice Department are corrupt to the core. Mayor Adams raised the ire of these insidious anti-Americans by standing as the only big city Democrat mayor to criticize the illegals’ invasion of his domain. In fact, he took pains to identify and air the detritus that the Biden-Harris Regime has dumped on the nation’s largest media market.

It is no secret that the radical progressive wing of the New York Democratic Party has long had its knives out for Mayor Adams, too, perceiving him and his administration as the capture of City Hall by the New York Police Department (NYPD). The radical progressives in New York intend to perpetuate the agenda of former Mayor Bill de Blasio by emptying the prisons and letting criminals loose on the streets of New York to terrorize civilians. They saw Mayor Adams and his NYPD allies standing in the way of that.

As such, the Biden-Harris Regime gleefully weaponized the Southern District of New York to neutralize an inconvenient political opponent opposed to the sacred cows of the Radical Left at both the federal and local level.

This has become an unfortunate and tired pattern for New Yorkers, who have already watched their courts perverted to enable the witch hunt of President Donald J. Trump. Now begins another rigmarole of weaponized and politicized prosecutions with the indictment of Mayor Adams.

The American people and New Yorkers deserve an America First president in Donald J. Trump and a future where the rule of law returns, citizenship is distinct and meaningful again, and we no longer live by the whim of radical leftists hellbent on allowing the replacement of our cities’ populaces by illegals and encouraging the anarchy of rampant criminality on our streets.

The New York Young Republican Club calls for a bipartisan inquiry into the weaponization of and abuse by New York’s prosecutors and courts at the local, state, and federal level. Once President Trump is back in office, he will get to the bottom of these shenanigans, and we will all see just how sordid affairs have become.

The Adams indictment is akin to Justice Thomas’ description of his 1991 confirmation hearings, in which he addressed Joe Biden himself, calling it “a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas. And it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order this is what will happen to you. You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S. Senate, rather than hung from a tree.”
