Photography Disclaimer By registering for our events, you understand and consent to any participation in interviews, the taking or capturing of photographs, digital images, video or audio recordings containing your voice, image, appearance, or likeness by the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives. You, as well as any of your guests or transferees, also grant permission to the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives the right to edit, use, and reuse said products, photographs and/or digital images including for use in printed or electronic publications, social media, websites or other electronic communications, and all other forms of media. You further agree that your name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with said images and/or videos. You authorize the use of these materials without compensation. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall forever be the property of the New York Young Republican Club. You, on behalf of yourself and all successors, assignees, guests, and transferees hereby release and forever hold harmless the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above, including consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, special or exemplary damages of any kind, or any loss of goodwill or reputation arising from events or affiliations with the New York Young Republican Club.
You further agree not to film, photograph, or interview event attendees without prior written approval from the President or Vice President of the New York Young Republican Club, and if approved, agree not to release said films, photographs, or interviews without prior written approval from the President or Vice President. You also agree to in good faith not release any material that impacts New York Young Republican Club official policy.
