“Organizing Behind Enemy Lines” is a training and seminar led by an incredible group of instructors from Leadership Institute, the premier institution that identifies, recruits, trains and places conservatives in government and politics:

Joel Valdez is Matt Gaetz’s (R-FL) Communication Director and the Vice Chairman of Communications for the D.C. Young Republicans.

Jesus Rodriguez is the Grassroots Engagement Director for Americans for Prosperity and the former Deputy Director of Hispanic Engagement at the RNC.

Matthew Hurtt is the Director of Professional Services at Leadership Institute and Chairman of the Arlington County GOP (VA).

In particular, our guest speakers are experienced in campaigning and organizing in Democrat strongholds, especially with Hispanic and Black voters.

Hour 1: Building a Political Brand

Learn to craft compelling content that captivates and converts. In this one-hour session, we’ll delve into strategies for growing an audience and political brand, efficiently utilizing no-cost advertising, and effectively leveraging the power of social media influencers to amplify a message and increase engagement, online and in-person.

Hour 2: Communications Behind the Lines

Hour 3: Campaigns Behind the Lines

This session is tailored for the bold spirits who dare to run a conservative campaign in traditionally non-conservative strongholds. Campaigns Behind the Line is more than a strategy discussion; it’s a deep dive into the nuts and bolts of successful conservative campaigning in challenging political landscapes.
