Violators may be subject to ejection and possible referral to law enforcement.
All attendees shall indemnify and hold the Club and its affiliates, trustees, Officers, Governors, agents, and employees harmless from any liability of loss, including but not limited to attorney fees and litigation costs, based or asserted upon any act or omission for property damage, bodily injury, death, or any other element of damage of any kind or nature relating to or otherwise connected with, or arising in whole or in part from, event attendance.
Photography Disclaimer
By registering for our events, you understand and consent to participation in interviews, and the taking or capturing of photographs, digital images, video, or audio recordings containing your voice, image, appearance, or likeness by the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives.
You, as well as any of your guests or transferees, grant permission to the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives to edit, use, and reuse said products, photographs, and/or digital images, including for use in printed or electronic publications, social media, websites, electronic communications, and all other forms of media. You further agree that your name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with said images and/or videos.
You authorize the use of these materials without compensation. All negatives, prints, and digital reproductions shall forever be the property of the New York Young Republican Club.
