By registering for this event, attendees agree to conduct themselves in a manner befitting the standards of the New York Young Republican Club. The Club reserves the right to remove, without refund, any guest engaging in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to conduct inconsistent with the values of the Club.

The New York Young Republican Club (NYYRC) is committed to providing a safe environment for its speakers and attendees. All attendees shall indemnify and hold the Club and its affiliates, trustees, officers, governors, agents, and employees harmless from any liability of loss, including but not limited to attorney fees and litigation costs, based or asserted upon any act or omission for property damage, bodily injury, death, or any other element of damage of any kind or nature relating to or otherwise connected with, or arising in whole or in part from, the event attendance.

Photography & Media Disclaimer

By registering for our events, you understand and consent to any participation in interviews, the taking or capturing of photographs, digital images, video or audio recordings containing your voice, image, appearance, or likeness by the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives.

You, as well as any of your guests or transferees, also grant permission to the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives the right to edit, use, and reuse said products, photographs, and/or digital images including for use in printed or electronic publications, social media, websites or other electronic communications, and all other forms of media. You further agree that your name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with said images and/or videos. You authorize the use of these materials without compensation. All negatives, prints, and digital reproductions shall forever be the property of the New York Young Republican Club.
