The New York Young Republican Club is proud to endorse Vito Bruno for New York State’s 22nd Senate District seat. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Vito graduated from Brooklyn Tech before receiving his Architectural Planning degree from Pratt and working as in-house designer at Hilton International Hotels, as well as a prestigious independent architectural firm. After his career in architecture, Vito’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to successful ventures in the music entertainment industry, primarily in South Brooklyn. As a lifelong Brooklynite, Vito has experienced directly the impact of recent Democrat-led policies in the area he knows, loves, and lives, most notably New York’s disastrous Bail “Reform” law. In addition to a renewed, logical focus on law and order beginning with an overhaul of Bail “Reform”, Vito seeks to make Albany accountable for burdensome regulations, wasteful spending, and unequitable tax and spending policies that disproportionately affect South Brooklyn residents. Vito’s demonstrated business acumen, ability to get things done, and lifelong ties to South Brooklyn and its values will serve district residents well.
