The New York Young Republican Club is proud to endorse Daniella May for New York City Council District 31.
May has built up a career as an operating room nurse, providing care and hope for thousands of patients over her many years in the medical field. During the pandemic, May was a frontline health care worker who experienced, first hand, the various repercussions of the pandemic.
With aspirations to become a dynamic force in the political sphere, May draws on her experiences in the medical field to bring stability, resilience, fortitude, and most importantly, care and change, to the residents of District 31. For far too long, the district’s primary needs have been ignored, and May strongly believes that, as a community-oriented black Republican leader, she can bring the concerns of district residents to the highest levels.
May is also the founder of Agenda 700, a non-profit committed to advancing credit building and financial literacy in underserved communities. In addition to her clear passion for improving accessibility to educational resources for certain communities, May’s platform also highlights the importance of addressing New York City’s out-of-control crime crisis and various necessary infrastructure projects.
Daniella May stands for transparency, accountability, and authenticity, and she is more than prepared to bring all three to the City Council as the representative for District 31. The New York Young Republican Club encourages all registered voters of the district to support Daniella May in November!
