The New York Young Republican Club is proud to endorse Catalina Lauf for Congress in Illinois’ 14th Congressional District. As the daughter of a naturalized U.S. citizen from Guatemala and a self-made father born and raised in Chicago, Catalina has had instilled in her the values Americans hold most dear – strong morals, personal responsibility, and an unapologetic love for the United States. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in only two years, Catalina served roles in both the non-profit space and private sector, including a Community Engagement position at Uber, and most recently serving as a President Trump-appointed Advisor to the Department of Commerce from 2018-2019.
Often dubbed the “anti-AOC”, Catalina’s energy, experience, and values align impeccably with who we need leading and legislating in Washington. The New York Young Republican Club urges all voters within Illinois’ 14th Congressional District to stop the advance of socialism by supporting Catalina Lauf to be their next congresswoman.
