Paladino, a United States Army veteran, currently serves as CEO of Ellicott Development Company in his home city of Buffalo. Carl is a proven job creator and has served Western New York and the Southern Tier his entire life. Early in his career, Paladino identified opportunities to create a more prosperous future for the cities of Buffalo, Syracuse, and Albany. He pioneered investment in them via Elliott Development, resulting in significant economic growth and improvement.
Paladino utilizes proven strategies to revitalize a neighborhood, and he wishes to bring his expertise in strengthening American neighborhoods through smart investment to Congress.
