The Club reserves the right to remove, without refund, any guest engaging in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to conduct inconsistent with the values of the Club.

The New York Young Republican Club (NYYRC) is committed to providing a safe environment for its speakers and attendees. For all events hosted by the NYYRC, all attendees are obligated to use their legal first and last names. The use of aliases is strictly prohibited. Any attendee who uses an alias shall be subject to Article III, Section 9 of the Club Bylaws.

For all events hosted by the NYYRC, attendee bags, purses, and other items, including jackets and the person of the attendee itself, are subject to search. Violators may be subject to ejection and possible referral to law enforcement.

All attendees shall indemnify and hold the Club and its affiliates, trustees, officers, governors, agents, and employees harmless from any liability of loss, including but not limited to attorney fees and litigation costs, based or asserted upon any act or omission for property damage, bodily injury, death, or any other element of damage of any kind or nature relating to or otherwise connected with, or arising in whole or in part from, the event attendance.

Photography & Media Disclaimer

By registering for our events, you understand and consent to any participation in interviews, the taking or capturing of photographs, digital images, video or audio recordings containing your voice, image, appearance, or likeness by the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives.

You, as well as any of your guests or transferees, also grant permission to the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives the right to edit, use, and reuse said products, photographs, and/or digital images including for use in printed or electronic publications, social media, websites or other electronic communications, and all other forms of media. You further agree that your name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with said images and/or videos. You authorize the use of these materials without compensation. All negatives, prints, and digital reproductions shall forever be the property of the New York Young Republican Club.

You, on behalf of yourself and all successors, assignees, guests, and transferees hereby release and forever hold harmless the New York Young Republican Club, its agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above, including consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, special or exemplary damages of any kind, or any loss of goodwill or reputation arising from events or affiliations with the New York Young Republican Club.

You further agree not to film, photograph, or interview event attendees without prior written approval from the President or Vice President of the New York Young Republican Club, and if approved, agree not to release said films, photographs, or interviews without prior written approval from the President or Vice President. You also agree in good faith not to release any material that impacts New York Young Republican Club official policy.
