We are appalled and outraged by the recent New York Times article accusing New York Governor George E. Pataki of not doing everything in his power to allocate every dime possible in blackout and terror aid from Washington. We support our Governor and hope the New York Times will see the situation for what it is...a lack of effort by New York's two Democratic Senators, Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer. The New York Young Republican Club, Inc., trusts that the Governor and the White House have nothing but the best interests of New Yorkers, and Americans alike, in mind.
