WSJ Covers RNC on Twitter

The Wall Street Journal has a front page article today on how some in the RNC are actively using Twitter. According to the article: “Some Republicans worry that all the tech talk is overshadowing more fundamental tasks, like recruiting new candidates and broadening the party’s appeal.” Why should one need to overshadow the other?
