There's no real way of proving or disproving how many jobs were saved, so they can say whatever they want. Perhaps Bush should have used the same tactic for the benefit of the war in Iraq, or the war on terror in general. The same way the Obama Administration knows how many jobs are saved, I make things up. The jobs saved or created count always made me chuckle.
