No, Holder does not want a complete and honest dialogue about race. Because a dialogue involves more than 1 person/side talking. For Holder talking about race means talking about Whites' role in the failure of blacks to prosper in America. Holder does not want to consider any other aspect of race relations - like ones your post pointed out such as crime and politics. And honest talk about affirmative action would not be welcome by Holder. <br/><br/>Holder's job should be to keep the US DOJ focused on crime fighting efforts.
