And they say the U.S. is a dictatorship:

By nvertucci

The term dictatorship has been thrown around allot lately in regards to the President and his attempts to protect our nation.

Today I came across an article on MSNBC that helps put in perspective what it’s like to live in a country with limited freedom and lack of justice for the average person. In a country where you can sue a Fortune 500 company for spilling hot coffee on yourself while driving, it’s easy to exaggerate about policies that we find obtrusive.

The article is about Russia and the sentencing of a railway worker to four years in a labor colony for a car accident that killed a high ranking Russian politician, besides the fact that the politician’s car was speeding and slammed into the back of the Toyota the Russian railway worker was driving while he was slowing to make a turn with his directional on.

This post and the contents thereof are the views of only the author identified immediately above and do not necessarily represent the views of the New York Young Republican Club, Inc. (the "NYYRC"), its officers or its members. The NYYRC expressly disclaims responsibility for the contents thereof and by its charter documents may not, and does not, endorse any candidate for any office, except in a general election.

It's the end of the post, now what?

Pre-1776 mentality.

Cheney shooting people like Aaron Burr. Ha Ha Ha!

The Republican Party controlled by the Radical Religious Right and has abandoned all of its supposed core precepts like smaller government, a limited executive, fiscal responsibility, respect for the Constitution, allegiance to state rights, and fealty to civil liberties for the altar of “King Bush Our Infallible Leader”

2

What does that have anything to do with Nick’s post?

3

hehe nothing at all….she just says anything to boost her self-confidence even if what she says makes no sense…Mike just thank the Lord people like her are not often elected to office…
Vanessa

4

Vanessa you poor sloven soul wake up you are surrounded by people like me all over NY in elected office. Naive hallelujah child.

I can’t wait to see you and the rest of the Hallelujah racist xenophobe crowd implode statewide by nominating people who cow-tow to marble-mouth Michael Long and his insignificant conservative party.

Anti-choice Faso and Karl Rove hugging Spencer. I’m getting the reels ready as we speak for some great commerical spots.

As for self-esteem Vanessa he he he, you should look at all your fellow blogie dittoheads here talking about their credentials in every post to stoke their pathetic egos and, quite apparent, real lack of self-esteem.

The honor goes to Vertucci qualifying his expertise in science by saying he was taught it in grammar school and all through college (I doubt he even has a real college degree from anywhere noteworthy) as if he is qualified expert. At the end of the day he just embarrasses himself with wrong facts.

And Salomon the racist documented lover of rag head comments, pre-1776 mentality means running this country without a Constitution like a dictatorship. Maybe you could put 2 and 2 together if I added some deragatory comments about Arabs or Muslims or Blacks or Mexicans. Maybe that would make Salomon and his Free Republic racist mentality think a little.

Meghan
(who loves the documented fact that Salomon and this site condones disgusting Raghead comments by Anne Coulter.)

I’m waiting for Jen Saunders and the Press Release applauding Coulter and the rest of the right-wing extremists!

Ha Ha Ha!

Meghan,

I was started to get happy when you said a few posts ago that you were getting bored for our blog….What happened and what can we do to bring that boredom back?

6

How can I leave when members of the NYC Young Republican Club, located in the most diverse city in the world, has members who cheer on Racists like Coulter and are proud of it.

Saying that Coulter “speaks the truth” when she calls Arabs “Rag Heads.”

Just plain sickening and vile you are Salomon.

Meghan
(Who thinks any minorities that belong to this blog should think twice because they are sleeping with the enemy.)

7

Meghan, why are you always so angry? Aren’t liberals supposed to be compassionate of all? I don’t think calling people names fits that bill.

Is it because the Republican Party continues to build on its success of the 1994 takeover of congress?

Since there is “no religious revival” and Republicans are all “racist…bigots”, I would think that we would have lost control some time ago. Didn’t President Bush get the largest percentage of Hispanic and Black votes for any Republican President?

How can you call someone a bigot and racists while you persecute that person in the same sentence?

Do you know the definition of a “bigot”? According to The American Heritage Dictionary, Bigot is “One who is intolerant esp. in matters of religion, race, or politics”. Politics, that’s interesting. Now who do I know that is intolerant of my politics?

Meghan, I think you just need a hug.

Bush also lost in 2000, and Kerry won more votes than other person except Bush. Black margin was an increase of 2% and mostly in Ohio. Hispanic vote increase was largely in Texas and Florida where Bush and Jeb pulled. You don’t look at facts, just spin. So uniformed you are.

And you are still on this religious revival kick. What a bleeping idiot you are.

We can all parse the data to make it say what we want. Keep sitting confidently as you watch the Republican party die-off in NY – nare a chance a Republican will ever be elected statewide again.

Keep lulling yourself into a Sean Hannity induced complacency.

Meghan

9

Bush lost 2000? Oh no! I hope they don’t strip him of his medal.

You’re a big fan of the constitution. What’s the matter you don’t like the idea of deciding the President by electoral votes?

10

It was decided by SCOTUS, not the Constitution or votes.

Meghan
(Who is reality-based and knows from the facts that Gore would have won the recount in Florida, along with his wide popular vote win.)

11

Actually Meghan I hate to burst your fantasy but every major newspaper went down to Florida to recount the votes after the Supreme Court gave Bush the victory in hopes of a great story and found that Bush still would have won. Of course you didn’t hear about it because papers like the NY Times buried the story.

12

There were thousand invalidated that had Democratic counties voting by wide margins for Buchananan because of the screwed up Butterfly ballots.

Gore would have won.

13

Yeah and I could have played baseball for the Yankees.

14

Better yet you could have played for the Texas Rangers.

Just about the only job Bush had that he didn’t fail at, bankrupt or destroy.

Meghan
(who think Republicans need a reality check.)

I wake up and start each day by putting up my American Flag. My family escaped from a horrible country and I thank G-d each day for allowing me a safe place to live.
