Keeping us safe:
ByIn a speech today at the National Guard Memorial Building, President Bush spoke about ten occasions where the U.S. had successfully foiled a terrorist plot. I know Democrats will be quick to say they’re made up and are only conveniently being released now because of the wiretapping issue. That has to be expected. The rest of us though who are not in denial that terrorists want to exterminate us and have the common sense to realize that almost 5 years after 9/11, the terrorists must have tried something against us, think that the President must being doing a good job at keeping us safe. At what point does someone give him some credit?
You can check out the ten-foiled plots at cnn.

When you lie all the time.
Rule to appease only the extremist views of the 25-30% of Americans in his hardcore Radical base.
Govern with a pre-1776 mentality.
Cut student aid, Medicare and Medicaid to give tax breaks to the rich.
Talk about addiction to oil while you sign an energy bill that has huge tax breaks for oil companies.
Say you are going to help rebuild New Orleans while it is proving to be a charade and the city is now seeking foreign aid to fund reconstruction.
Many more too many to list here.
Then you get a large group of Americans who don’t believe a word you say and think you are a bleeping tool.

Meghan you throw around that 1776 comment a lot.
Do you really know anything about this country pre the progressive movement of the early 1900’s?

First time I’ve used the pre-1776 comment on this blog. Though Democrats are using it all the time so its surely familiar.
I know a whole lot about the movements of the early 1900s, sans Republican revisionism (stock market crash not caused by the erradicate policies of Hoover, … blah blah). Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the bbest president that ever lived.
.
Feed me some of your history jargon with a splash of right-wing spin if you want about the Progressive movement. Keep it light and pithy. Make O’Reilly and the other dittoheads proud. You have trouble getting to the point.

Actually I said do you know anything “pre the progressive movement”. I know you know all about the founding of your outdated agenda.
Actually I also don’t know how good your memory is because just yesterday on the Blog I said if it weren’t for Hoover, Carter would be the worst president in history.
Don’t worry Meghan, you know what they say about Alzheimer’s, “you get to meet new people everyday”.

Alzheimers at 28!
Bush is the worst president ever. Bush the first was on par with Carter.
Do you have a point about pre-1900 blah blah blah or is this another show-off session about how smart you want people to think you are about history to stoke your ego?

I have been surfing the net for awhile and it feels as if I am trying to find a needle in a haystack to get answers. It has been a relief to find your blog. I particularly enjoyed your most recent post.
Wishing you the best of luck,
