Alito on the Merits
ByLike with any Supreme Court nominee put forth by a Republican administration, the Democrats would have us believe that Judge Samuel Alito is another in a long line of conservative judges who would approach the Constitution with a paper shredder tucked under his arm. This article from Tech Central Station gives some insight into the true nature of Alito’s decisions on some key Fourth Amendment issues. I encourage you to pass this on to anyone you know who opposes Alito’s nomination.
